Job description
In 2020, we were involved in removing all the kitchen equipment so they could lay down a new floor.
After our consultation with our client, the issue that was discussed was the loss of revenue from the work carried out within their opening hours.
To combat this our engineers agreed to work late evenings after they closed, resulting in working up to close to midnight.
This included the dismantling of a rational oven which requires a separate qualification and training which fortunately we have a qualified Rational Oven engineer who is one of the only ones in our area.
Our engineers were happy to work unsociable hours in the evening to get the job done and help our client stay open.
