Air Conditioning

Wall-mounted systems

What is wall-mounted air conditioning?

Wall-mounted air conditioning units are placed on a wall at a high level and are installed in a position that can supply the room with an even airflow.

How does wall-mounted air conditioning work?

A through-the-wall air conditioner works by sucking hot air from the room into the unit. The hot air that enters the unit is brought over the air conditioning evaporator and cooled. The cooled air is pushed back into the room.

The motor that runs the unit produces hot air, so the air conditioner pushes the hot air from the motor out through the vents in the back of the unit so that it does not heat the room.

Benefits of wall-mounted air conditioning

One of the many advantages of a wall-mounted air conditioner compared to some units, like the window type air conditioner, is that the wall-mounted unit can be installed on your most convenient part of the wall and not through windows. In this way, you will not have an appliance blocking your view from the outside. This is also very advantageous because when you need to conserve a little energy, you can still open your windows for some fresh air.

Compared to a cabinet type air conditioner, the wall mount air conditioner saves you a lot of space because it is installed up high on walls and not on the ground. Not only does this installation work for homes and rooms with small spaces, but it also works for a lot of office spaces. The space that is saved can be used for other purposes like setting up filing cabinets, placing boxes of files, or even constructing a cubicle for additional employees.

Where is wall mounted conditioning used?

We typically install these systems in offices, shops, leisure centres, and within the hospitality sector where a constant steady stream of airflow is needed without the system standing out.

Wall-mounted air conditioning is also used within small-to-medium-sized offices and commercial buildings. They are easy to use and can be set at high or low temperatures, which is why our clients with offices and small shops opt for this system over most.
